RETURN POLICIES
You may return your online purchase within 7 days of receipt for an online credit note or exchange if product is available. Returns must be in new, unused, unworn, sellable condition with original tags attached, in its original shipping bag and accompanied with the receipt. We do not offer cash refunds.

We do our best to check each item before shipping. If for any reason a defect has been missed, please send us an email within 7 days.
We cannot cancel an online order once it has been placed.
Non-returnable items:
All sale merchandise, jewelry, accessories, swimwear and undergarments are final sale.
Suzanne’s of Paris has the right to refuse merchandise returns at the store’s discretion, which waives the above conditions.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Confirmation of your order will be sent by email within 7 days prior to shipping. Product is shipped within 72 hours of your purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping is only available within Canada.
Purchases are shipped through Canada Post. Tracking numbers will be provided to you.
Shipping rates are $20 within Ontario and $25 for the rest of Canada.
Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses. .
